High rate pip and esa

I am currently on ESA support group benefit, and have just been awarded PIP mobility and daily living at standard rate on both. Hello all, I'm new to this so sorry if this has been covered. I have finally got my PIP awarded and I'm getting daily living at £81.30 awarded from 27 june, I'm also in the ESA support group, i also get the severe premium with the sea, but should i have got a backdated payment from the date of my PIP award, as this is what both the CAB and PIP department told me ? It is very much the same with mobility; standard rate for 2018/19 is £23.20, just like Lower rate DLA mobility component, while enhanced rate PIP mobility is £61.20 a week, the same as the higher rate DLA mobility component. PIP is a points-based benefit, unlike DLA. Scoring less than 8 points for either component of PIP will give no award. A score of between 8 and 11 points gives an award of the standard rate, and 12 or more points are needed to get the enhanced rate.
